“Painted Kid’s vehicle is a 2013 Ford Flex, definitely one of the best vehicles I have ever owned or driven in my 55 plus years of driving. It decided last night not to produce warm air in the cabin which with dropping temperatures last night, was disconcerting. I ran it this morning and had the same results. At that time I checked the reservoir and saw it was down. It must have been way way down, enough to stop sending hot water through the heater. I called Bickley Ford and they fit me in this afternoon. After topping up the reservoir and driving about a mile or so I suddenly had heat. When I got to Bickley Ford and explained they said that the low level was likely the cause and they would pressure test it if I wanted or just carry on for now. They were very friendly in advice about the Flex’s warranty requirements and came out and checked the reservoir with me. I found this to be a very relaxed approach with no added pressure and I will certainly never hesitate to take my Flex to them in the future. In my opinion, friendly trustful service is what makes or breaks a dealership. Good effort Bickley Ford.”
